As a church we are concerned for the safety of everyone, especially children, who come into contact with church groups. For this reason we operate a 'Safe to Grow' policy under which all those who work with children have to provide a clean Enhanced Police Disclosure which is updated regularly. We also specify particular people (Children's Advocates) whose job it is to listen to and take appropriate action for any accusation of abuse against a church worker or volunteer.
